We've received regular requests last quarter for Office 365 and so we decided to look into it. As with most Microsoft products, the licensing is complicated and choices not well documented. We'ved decided to focus on two main Office 365 products; Office 365 Business Essentials and Office 365 Business Plus.
Business Essentials provides email and cloud storage. Business Plus includes the email and cloud storage but also gives you the latest Office 365 suite of Word, Excel, etc and rights to install it on 5 devices per user. Both product are licensed annually.
